Promoted by SalesForce, the conference, now on a reduced scale, promises to bring news and innovations in software and customer relations:
The biggest event in the city of San Francisco is back on Tuesday, 21, albeit on a reduced scale. The Dreamforce technology conference, promoted by the giant Salesforce, takes place again in person, although, in this edition, it does not have audiences of 170,000 people as it did in previous years.
The event usually features great musical attractions and renowned speakers: this year, the band Foo Fighters will start the event, and the talks include big CEOs and personalities such as Ola Källenius, from Daimler & Mercedes Benz, and actors Will Smith and Jane Fonda. Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff is also among the speakers.

For those who cannot attend in person, the event will be broadcast in streaming created by the company.
But despite the big names and highlights, it is worth keeping an eye on the news that may arise from the event. For years, Salesforce, a leader in the cloud-based customer relationship software industry, has promoted a message of consumer and user focus, something the technology market has made an industry standard.
Amid the transformations that several companies have gone through since the beginning of the pandemic to accelerate their business and others that are resuming projects, SalesForce has had growing results, with revenues of 6.3 billion dollars in the quarter ended in July, up 23 % compared to the same period last year.
