Google could introduce new hardware on October 5, but don’t expect the Pixel 6


It would be an event focused solely on presenting new smart speakers and as many security devices for our home.

After the presentation of the new iPhone 13 by Apple, a few months of many announcements related to our favorite smart devices have started, and the next to jump on the scene could be Google with an event for next October 5.

Interestingly, there is no official confirmation regarding this hypothetical event, but the scoop comes from XDA’s Mishaal Rahman who managed to take a screenshot of a CNET article that has been deleted and that spoke about the event.

In this event, it seems that those of Mountain View would announce new smart speakers and security devices, and also some changes related to Google Maps and Google Flight.

Interestingly, the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro will not be presented at this event, but it seems that they will go in another dedicated event on October 19. So far there are many doubts regarding the Pixel 6 which, apparently, according to some code snippets in the Google Camera application, could be released on October 27.

With regard to this hypothetical event that is still awaiting official confirmation, we could have new Nest smart speakers and many other home devices to make our home much smarter, and Mountain View also wants to conquer all our appliances.

And it is that the big technologies also bet on smart devices of the day to day for our home, and Google after dominating Internet searches and the field of online advertising, it is likely that they want to introduce new devices to our homes to make our lives a lot simpler.

Be that as it may, in view of the leak of the date of the event, it is likely that Google will announce it officially in the next few hours.
